With over a decade of practice,
Laura oversees every stage of its journey.
Working closely with tea gardens, herb farms, and growers across the Caribbean, Africa, and the diaspora, she sources and crafts each blend with intention. Every leaf is chosen for quality, character and integrity.
Having studied under the guidnce of a Buddhist
Tea Master, Laura brings the principles of mindfulness to every stage of the
process.
Every tea is blended in small batches
to preserve freshness and allow
each ingredient to express its
natural character.

There was a season when i no longer felt in rhythm with my own body, As I navigated hormonal disruption, i found myself searching for simple rituals that could bring steadiness back to my days.
tea became one of those rituals, not because it solved everything but because it reminded me to slow down, to be present, and care for myself with intention.
Returning to the Caribbean wellness traditions I had known since childhood restored a sense of steadiness and gently guided me back to my own rhythm.
This return was not nostalgic. It was intentional
Coupled with my Tea Sommelier studies, it became the foundation of my mission to bring Caribbean wellness and its rich tea culture into the global wellness conversation.
