Dear sacred woman,

WELCOME!

Thank you for stopping by.

I wish I could tell you that I intentionally chose this path.

I’d be lying if I told you that I did.

My path to law school was intricately paved by my father. So how did I end up here, on this journey steeping my way through the magic of rituals, plant medicine and ancestral healing? In hindsight, it is clear that our Matriarch, Grandma Modestine, had other plans for my life.

The effects of perimenopause began to debilitate my life. While doctors continued to dismiss my concerns to, “It’s all in your head”, frozen shoulder, insomnia, night sweats, hot flashes, chronic digestive issues and rapid weight gain continued to wreak havoc to my days.

Little did I know that when I set out to take control of my journey that my quest to feel better would lead me right back to the medicine of my ancestors.

Divine Calling

At a very young age I was fully immersed in the traditions of ancestral healing and the wisdom of plant medicine. Though I did not take this seriously, I came full circle with the practice while seeking holistic remedies to relieve the debilitating symptoms I experienced due to perimenopause.

My perimenopause journey brought me full circle, allowing me the sacred privilege of receiving ancestral healing medicine from the elders.

The transition positioned me into the deeply devoted calling to help perimenopausal women embrace the shift, so that they, too, can take back their journey, feel better and harness the power of operating in their divine rhythm.

One thing I yearned for after migrating to the U.S. from Grenada, was the soul-affirming nourishment of Sisterhood; connection that is deeply embodied within my Caribbean culture -

The dark days of perimenopause shed light on the need for safe spaces where women can come together to connect with themselves, their truth and each other. That is why I created this sacred corner…

Journey back to Sacred Rhythm,

I believe in the life-affirming, transformative power of traditional healing drumming, women’s circles, sacred ceremony, ritual, tea meditation and plant medicine, to honor and support women navigating the journey through perimenopause and womanhood.

Through years of service, I have continued to help women awaken to the song of their soul, leading ancestral sacred gatherings to reconnect them to their divine rhythm, for private and corporate clients.

My years of experience holding space for the feminine to realign with her divine power and purpose, while empowering her to thrive during the transitional phases of womanhood dates back to the rich legacy of our Matriarch, Grandma Modestine, of the elders and of medicine women who have gone on before us.
