Bedtime Ritual
Sleep is such an important part of your health which is why we want to take a moment to share a bedtime ritual with you that will enhance your mood entering sleep and rising in the morning.
First off, we recommend turning off your phone and TV an hour before your established bedtime. This will allow your senses to settle in without processing information consistently.
Secondly, spend time in meditation for 15-30 minutes. Whether your meditation is tidying up your home or room, practicing yoga, starting a breathing exercise, an evening walk, or other activity that helps you to calm your senses.
