Self-Love Rituals with Tea

Treating the whole spirit is important, here at Modestine®. Our Teas not only taste delicious, but bring your body, mind, and spirit healing and health. Today we want to share some self-love practices you can implement to bring confidence, peace, and wellness into your daily life!

Body

Take a cup of Inner Glow or Sage it Up with you as you go for a morning walk or practice yoga in the afternoon. Some other practices to love and care for your body can include a milk bath or a home cooked meal with plenty of fruits and veggies.

Mind

Pair a journal and a cup of Don’t Stress Me with your journaling time or while you read a book that brings you peace, educates you, or brings you passion for life. Gratitude journals are a favorite around here, too!

Spirit

The Spirit is the most sacred part of your being. Here at Modestine we prioritize and honor the Spirit.
