Yoga is a ritual that brings your body the space it needs to be mindful with each stretch and position. Adding yoga to one’s routine improves your strength, balance, and flexibility.

RUNNING~

Running can be the perfect fall ritual as these cooler mornings roll in, grab your headphones and a water bottle as you head out the door to start your morning with a run!

WALK~

Going for walks with friends is a must this fall! Call your girlfriends and schedule a neighborhood walk on a weekend where you can enjoy the decorations and architecture of your city, especially here in New York!
